Our family just completed a glorious week at the Wailea Beach Villas (M311) and we had a tremendous and relaxing time. The villa itself is everything its advertised to be and even looks better in person. From the high-end kitchen and furnishings to the glorious setting our family really enjoyed a wonderful week. The villa staff were helpful, personally greeted us and gave us a tour upon arrival and took care of all our incidentals including pre-stocking services and reservations for the luau at the Marriott and called a few times to check in on things as well. We enjoyed some local exploring to Lahaina and Kihei but did an awful lot of eating and pool and beach side relaxing as well. The TeAuMoana Luau is a great evening and the setting was the best. We loved the convenience of the shopping across the street and we enjoyed a few great meals at Ruth Chris, Longhi's and the Cheeseburger Paradise to name a few. I would highly recommend a pool side massage (both my daughter and I took advantage of it) and we all decided Wailea Beach Villas and Maui was our number one rated vacation to date. This is the first time our family has rented a condo and this home could not have been more perfect! From the lanai to the furnishings to the amenities, everything was amazing! After experiencing the unit and all it had to offer, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We sat out on the lanai one evening to a candle-lit pasta dinner, watching the stars and enjoying each others' company. We really appreciated the spare key in the gas grill or else we would still be here! In addition, the staff at Wailea Beach Villas has been fantastic. Wonderful villa, great amenities! This was a luxury villa that didn't skimp on anything. It was fully stocked. It came with coffee beans, sugar, tea, every kitchen appliance you would ever need, condiments...what a relief not to have to check at the condo to see what I would need to buy! We have 3 kids so the 2 plus layout was perfect for them; the flexibility of having different bed sizes in the 2nd bdr was greatly appreciated, and the proximity to pool and beach was perfect. Having a condo complex right on the beach, with cabana attendants to help, made me one blissful parent by escaping the gray from Seattle for a stay in 12/1/2009. (editor note: 5 Star Rating!!! A great time was had by all in a splendid facility that made us feel at home and relax as we watched the whales leap, the birds sing and the waves rush in. We stayed in D102 and M311 from Feb 26 to March 7, 2009. Pre-arrival assistance from Tropical Villa Vacations was very helpful and responsive. Excellent communication and excellent follow up. Villa M311 SeaView Sanctuary was gorgeous. Well appointed and perfect for our family. The den that enclosed into a third private bedroom was fantastic and gave our nanny her own private room. We loved that we came to a stocked fridge (coffee, creamer, sugars, herbs/spices, and other groceries pre-ordered through the Concierge Yvonne) It was a relief not to have to go to the store after our long journey. We loved it here. Having stayed at many high-end resorts, we can honestly say this was better than any of them. Spacious, gorgeous, great location - what could be better? We commented daily that we were so glad we did not stay at the Four Seasons or Grand Wailea as the crowds there were unbelievable and not conducive to relaxing! Our girls (5 and 2) LOVED the kids pool. We could hardly pry them out of it each day. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. We will return to Maui as soon as we can. Everything was perfect - plenty of room, an incredible kitchen, gorgeous views from the lanai watching the whales every morning and afternoon. Our two girls (5 & 2) loved sharing a room and the enclosed den was the perfect spot for our nanny to have her own space and privacy. The girls took advantage of the beach toys and we liked having a cooler to tote lunch to the beach and pool. The kids pool was great - safe, close & rarely crowded - and Wailea Beach is heaven. We really enjoyed our first visit to Maui. It was easier to leave the comforts of home when we can enjoy the same comforts in your villa. We enjoy cooking and bbq'ing and your place made it easy to do both. Eating breakfast each morning on the balcony was extra special due to the constant views of the whales. My son and I were thankful for your DVR as we were at a wedding during the Super Bowl and were able to record it and watch it later that night. I was thankful for the wireless internet as I was able to keep track of business at home quite easily. There are too many wonderful things about this penthouse to name them all, but here are some of the things I enjoyed most... (1) The beautiful kitchen with two huge concealed subzero's and all the sate of the art appliances. (2) The viking range that I cooked on about every night. (3) The huge bathroom and walk in closet. (4) The incredible furniture. The cofeee table made of an antique door, the bed made from a joglo, the twin beds that can become a king made of antique weaving tables, all the solid merbau exotic wood furniture from Southeast Asia. (5) The sound system with volume controls in every room. (6) The huge LCD tv's in the living room and both bedrooms. (7) The massive view from the deck and the living area. We saw whales every sunset and every morning. (8) The infinity edge pool next to the beach. It was a great place to relax at all times of the day with on point friendly service. (9) The state of the art gym. (10) The convenience to all the hotel restaurants and the Shops at Wailea. (11) Being able to work from any room, including the deck with peace and quiet. (12) The weather was amazing every day.

Although we've been to Wailea many times and stayed in nice places, without a doubt this exceeded all our expectations. You told us that the owners put their heart and soul into every detail - traveling to Bali, designing furniture, sourcing antiques and pottery - and it is all so beautiful - especially the antique Bali bed and family style dining table I loved the new kitchen and although I'm not much of a cook, we bbq'd almost every night, watching the sun go down and even had a fireworks show on our last night that was amazing!
